Roadmap

Flow of Event

Introduction

The event will be conducted in a offline mode. Participants are requested to physically present at the venue prescribed below. Teams failing to do so will be disquallified.

Release of Problem Statement

The problem statement will be released at the unstop platform.Team can access the problem statement by registering at unstop.

Registration Process

Teams must complete the registration process using the provided registration form.

Team Information and Model Description

During registration, teams are required to provide information about their team leader and members, along with a concise description of their model idea.

Pre-Hackathon Mentorship Sessions

Following registration, mentorship sessions conducted by experts will take place prior to the commencement of the hackathon.

Code Finalization

Teams will be called at respective date to finalize their code at the venue. The time stamp will be from morning 9:00AM to Evening 6:00PM. of 11/04/2024.The event will be conducted at the scheduled location under the premises of BIET Jhansi.

Collaborative Problem-Solving and Mentor Walkthroughs

All participating teams must convene at designated labs for collaborative problem-solving and mentor walkthroughs. The offline participants will be free to work at the specified labs in the given time period.

Rules and Regulations

1. Registration for the hackathon is completely free of charge.

2. Each team is required to select a neutral and non-flashy name, with team of only 4 members.

3. Participants must provide accurate information about each team member during the online application process, and any unclear entries will not be considered.

4. Eligible submissions will undergo evaluation by a panel of judges selected by the Administrator. Judging may occur in one or more rounds, at the Administrator's discretion.

5. Judges have the option to assess submissions based solely on the text description, images, and video provided without mandatory testing of the application.

6. Administrators retain the right to disqualify any individual or team found tampering with the entry process, acting inappropriately, or violating the Official Rules or applicable laws.

7. Participants are obliged to adhere to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator and/or Hackathon Judges, which are binding and final.

8. Any form of cheating or plagiarism will result in the disqualification of the team, barring them from further participation.

9. Participating teams must coordinate with the IIC management team for the seamless execution of the event.
